The Organic Bakery

As a child I remember when my Nana would make fresh crepes with homemade preserves before I went to school. They were delicious and always made from fresh ingredients purchased from the local fresh markets. Watching her sift, whisk, and decorate the occasional torte sparked a curiosity in me.

Inspired by Nana and my philosophy for living a healthy life with a green standard, I opened earthandsugar in 2009. I continue to use that inspiration to handcraft desserts made from the best gourmet, local and organic ingredients. Our delicious alternatives are baked from scratch and are free of refined flours and processed sugar.

As we continue to create desserts with a purpose, our hope is that our message of social responsibility and simplicity will create delicious memories for you and your loved ones.
