You will receive order confirmation by email at the conclusion of your order process that states your order description and an approximate order total.
Credit Cards & Gift Cards
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and earthandsugar Gift Cards.
Items are charged to your credit card when they are shipped or delivered. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be prorated to the value of the shipment.
For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. It will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

Shipping Information
Most in stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering, however some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
The title to and risks of loss for products sold shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the products by the carrier. Any damages to products associated with shipping or delivery of products after delivery by earthandsugar to the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and buyer’s sole recourse for such damages shall lie with the common carrier.
P.O. Boxes and Stores
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable.
Returns and Refund Policy
All earthandsugar products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. Refunds are only available for items delivered by earthandsugar and are decided upon on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of earthandsugar.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two to five days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.
