Where are you located?
We are located at 7301 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach, Florida on the corner of Dixie Highway and Bunker Road in the Gil Walsh Building. Our bay has a beautiful bougainvillea just to the right of our door! Our Miami Tasting Studio is located at Petal Productions 1515 NW 22nd St, Miami, FL 33142 where we host tastings and consultations. Appointments are required.
What are your hours?
Our studio and office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We are open on Saturday's 9am - 2pm for pick up only. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you have any ready made baked goods available if I walk in?
We offer a limited amount of items that vary from day to day, we use social media to share our daily dose of desserts when available. The Miami studio has no items available for sale or pick up.
Do you deliver?
We deliver from the Treasure Coast to the Florida Keys. Just send us an address and we’ll be more than happy to provide a quote.
Can we send you a DM on instagram to place a cake or dessert or?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders of any kind over Instagram DM.
Do you set up when delivering?
Our mini dessert set up starts at 150.00/hour and includes arranging of all dessert items onto existing cake stands or ones that you’ve opted to rent from us. For tables where we have designed from concept to execution, those designs are properly measured to scale ad communication with your florist and or rental company is required. You may leave any signs or pr props that you’d like us to incorporate to set up as well. Cake orders only and delivered to the venue and the florals are applied by the florist.

Can I make an appointment for a tasting? Is there a fee?
Our tastings are by appointment only. It is a 50.00 fee to schedule the appointment. If your cake is included with your venue or caterer it is complimentary. A minimum order product budget of 500.00 is required for custom tasting appointments, otherwise we recommend you place an order for the items you would like to consider for you event. You can always give us a call to see when a consultant could meet with you for smaller orders.

Can I order a cake other than a wedding cake?
Absolutely! Please check our online selection by selecting shop online in the drop down menu.
What is your processing time for your online selection?
\We do require 72 hours notice when placing an order not including weekends. Our system allows you to select the earliest date we have available. During certain times of the year, we may halt online sales depending on availability.
Can I rent cake stands and display pieces? How much will it be?
Yes, we have a large inventory of cake pedestals and risers available for rent. They start at $35 depending on the size and style needed. You can select to have us return at the conclusion of your event to pick them up for an additional charge, or you may return it to our studio within 3 business days. A credit card is required to secure a rental order. The approval form will be kept on file to ensure that they will be returned to us in their original condition.
How far ahead do I need to place my order?
We recommend placing your order about two to three weeks prior to your social event and three to six months out prior to your wedding date. We do book out at certain times of the year so it’s highly recommended to place a deposit as soon as you’re ready.
Do I need to pay everything up front?
All custom orders require a fifty percent deposit in order to secure your order on our calendar.
How is the pricing determined?
Our pricing is based on the number of servings and the complexity of the design. We always recommend having a few images for inspiration and a budget you feel most comfortable with. We will always help guide you in the right direction.
How big of a cake do I need to feed my guests?
Our cakes are based on number of servings, you can have a one tiered cake or even a three tiered cake to feed your guests. See our serving chart for reference.
How much are the mini desserts?
Our mini desserts start at $2.50 each and increase depending on types and flavors. Custom designs can be added to some of our desserts for an additional cost.
Is there a minimum number on an order?
There is a 2 dozen (24) minimum when ordering any of our miniature desserts and a 4 dozen (48) minimum for miniature cupcakes.
Do you offer workshops or classes?
We do! Workshops and classes will be shared on our website under university and over social media as they become available.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, Earth and Sugar does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing info@earthandsugar.com WITHIN 24 HOURS of the date you picked up your order and provide the following information: order number, photos of all angles including product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how your item was transported and stored. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your Earth and Sugar experience.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 24 hour pick up window or without proper photos, order number, transportation and storage information will not be eligible for re-order or credit. For orders placed through our website, any refund will be processed minus a 5% card processing fee.
Cancellations & Modifications
All online order cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of five business days prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery date. Custom order cancellations must be made within 60 days of the event date, 50% deposits are non-refundable. Once preparation, product ordering and baking has commenced, there are no refunds provided for cancellations or modifications.
However, at its sole discretion, Earth and Sugar may grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds after orders are fulfilled depending on the circumstances. For orders placed through our website, a credit for the amount will be provided to the client at our own discretion.
For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing info@earthandsugar.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
Care Instructions
How to handle your sweets with love
Thank you for taking me on this ride. Please read the following recommendations carefully, as I am delicate and need special handling!
1. Make sure to transport me in the flattest part of your vehicle, either on the floorboard or if I am riding in an SUV, the flatbed space. Your seats are not a safe place to transport me.
2. Pets and children can be mischievous. Please do try and keep me away from them.
3. Please take me directly to my final destination. Every small bump, every slight curve and every stop can damage me.
4. I need to be refrigerated; however, I am best enjoyed at room temperature. Please remember to take me out of the fridge at least 3 hours before enjoying me with your guests. When selecting my placement at your event, please keep in mind that direct sunlight is terrible for me and I need to stay below 75 degrees. If you are keeping me overnight or for a couple of days, please be sure to keep me refrigerated and follow the instructions above. If not, I could melt.
Just a thought to keep in mind, I was made with so much love and care for you, so please treat me with the same love and care in which I was created.

For your convenience while shopping our online selection, during your checkout process a delivery fee will be provided to you. All of our online orders are delivered between 8am and 7pm Monday through Friday.
Food Allergy Disclaimer
Our bakery offers products that may contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination (cleaning and sanitization and separating the preparation areas, cooking and storage processes of baked goods made with these allergens), we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.
At Earth and Sugar, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Items marked gluten friendly are made with no gluten containing ingredients. Items marked as vegan are made with no animal products (dairy, eggs, etc). We have strict policies in place to avoid cross contamination. However, there is always a risk of contamination (we cannot guarantee a total absence of these allergens in shared equipment where items are prepared, washed and sanitized). For this to be a guarantee we highly encourage you to seek an allergy free bakery.
Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Earth and Sugar will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.
